## What a fractional AI officer is

A fractional AI officer is a senior person who owns AI inside a business part-time
rather than full-time. The role covers the plan, the builds, the team's skills, and the
rules around all of it. It gives a small business the seniority of a full-time hire
without the full-time cost and without a long search.

## How the work is delivered

Everything runs on the client's own systems, with the AI provider the client chooses.
The client owns and controls the result. Nothing is tied to Carlo. If the engagement

## How pricing works

Engagements start at $2,500. The pricing option that best fits the client and the
project is agreed in writing before any work begins, so the cost is known going in
rather than when the invoice arrives.

Automation work is described in five tiers, set by how far the work reaches and how
much of the job AI does on its own. Tier 1 is one repeated task for one person. Tier 2
is one whole process for one team. Tier 3 connects the company's systems. Tier 4 puts
agents into production, deciding and acting inside set limits with a person approving
anything that reaches a client. Tier 5 is a platform the client's own customers log
into. Two pricing pages carry the tiers plus priced examples across personal workflow,
marketing, lead generation, sales, operations and hiring: one written for one-person
businesses, one for small companies. Prices are ranges and become a single number in
writing before work starts.

## Background

Carlo Sansonetti has built software his whole career, including engineering management
at Meta. He is the founder and principal engineer of CGCircuit, a learning platform he
